Centrul Natura digital products delivery policy
How do I order?
Any customer can order books in digital format (e-book) from www.centrulnatura.ro by adding each product to the “Cart Shopping“. The order will be completed as soon as the payment is made. After making the payment with the card, the customer will be redirected to the “Order Confirmation” page, where he will be able to view the summary of the order and download the purchased books in digital format.
All digital books sold by Centrul Natura are in stock.
How do I pay?
The payment of the ordered products can be made online, with the card in full security conditions in the last stage of the order. Cards accepted for payment are those issued under the VISA logo (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro). Cash on delivery is impossible for digital products.
Payment is required for order processing.
How do I download the electronic product?
After making the payment with the card, the customer will be redirected to the “Order Confirmation” page, where he will be able to view the summary of the order, and in the “Downloads” section, on the right of the page, you will be able to download the digital product (e-Book, CD, etc.) from the orange button.
At the same time, the client can log in as a user on the Centrul Natura website and on the “My Account page”, in the control panel at the top left of the page, in the “Downloads section “, you will be able to find the purchased digital products and download them.
Product information
Digital products are only sent electronically, on the user account page, so there are no physical products to be delivered to the customer.
It is the customer’s obligation and responsibility to check the compatibility information and publicly available instructions on the site and to ensure that the digital products they intend to buy are compatible with the devices they intend to use, before making the purchase.
The download links offered to the client cannot be withdrawn once they have been sent to the user account, and, to the extent that they are functional under the conditions and for the devices specified on the site, it will be considered that Centrul Natura and – fulfilled all obligations towards the client. In these situations, it is not possible to return the value of these services.
In the event that the customer purchases a digital product that is not compatible with his device and this incompatibility is publicly specified on the website, it will not be possible to return the value of the products as long as the customer has been delivered a valid download link that works under the conditions specified on the website.
