Let’s learn about healing nutrition
Against Nature
The principle of energy utility, which we discussed previously, will use as a starting point to evaluate how to optimize the work of all the energy systems of man, to return the organs of the body to their natural programming. Of course, the ideal way would be to return to the way of life of our ancestors. But the development of mankind is an irreversible process. Another question that arises is in which direction this development is taking us.
I don’t want to discuss how disgusting man’s behavior towards his environment is. Slowly but surely he destroys Nature, it remains to be seen who and what will give way first. The nature of our Planet is a living, closed system without political borders. When man poisons Nature in one place, he thinks that in other places it will remain pure. Scientists from many countries are concerned with the idea of maintaining life on Earth, as evidenced by the numerous congresses in recent years.
But man’s even more damaging behavior with himself has not found such strong resonance and is not made public in such an open manner. This is due to the lack of knowledge about one’s own body, but also to the fact that the violation of biological laws acts on people only after years or decades, and causal links with the diseases that appear cannot be established. These “violations” I’m talking about have been well known for a long time:
On the one hand, systematic overeating, especially with those so-called “optimized” foods that have undergone industrial processing. These foods provide an increased influx of energy to the tissues of our body, which leads to both a pollution of these tissues and a weakening of the effectiveness of the self-regulatory mechanisms.
On the other hand, another problem is the lack of physical movement. If the monkeys move a lot, in order to earn their food, it is enough for people to enter the first fast food or to sit by the stove for half an hour. Too little energy consumption of the body is no less harmful than too much consumption, because it also leads to blockage of tissues and disturbance of self-regulation mechanisms.
These facts are so often mentioned in the daily or scientific press that I need not add anything here. But until now, no one has tried to consider these problems from the point of view of the Principle of energy utility (optimization). This principle allows us to ascertain the fine connections that exist in our organism, the damage of which triggers a storm in all its functions.
Excess weight – excessive (and unnecessary) energy consumption
Currently, the “scientific” bases of nutrition are due to the efforts of “calorie” theorists, the best being considered protein-rich foods of animal origin. Therefore, much more is consumed than our body needs. A “full” body has become an image spread everywhere. Digesting protein-rich foods requires much more energy than plant-based, low-protein foods. Excessive body mass subjects a person to more efforts during walking and with each movement. How big the extra energy consumption is, we can see from the following example: if you are 10 kilograms more than the “normal” weight – then make a bag with 10 kg of potatoes and put it on your back, carrying it after you a whole week!
Excess mass also means an enlarged gastrointestinal tract and fat deposition inside the abdomen. An enlarged stomach and other enlarged internal organs limit the mobility of the diaphragm, which separates the abdomen from the chest.
All this makes the so-called “abdominal breathing” difficult, which should be the basis of a healthy body. The existence of abdominal breathing is recognized when on inspiration the belly increases in volume, and the circumference of the abdomen increases, producing a negative internal pressure. The diaphragm drops lower, producing negative pressure in the chest as well. Then air enters the lungs again. On exhalation, the belly is drawn in, the pressure in the abdomen increases and the diaphragm will rise. This reduces the diameter of the chest, which favors the elimination of air from the lungs. This is the economical way of breathing, because the most important active components are mobile, elastic elements: the anterior abdominal wall and the diaphragm. The ribcage, due to its more rigid construction, plays only a supporting role.
In an organism with an abdominal cavity full of fat, but considered “normal” by the criteria of modern medicine, the mobility of the abdomen is much reduced, so that the person is forced to breathe primarily by expanding and compressing the ribcage. A much higher demand is thus produced, and as a result, a much higher energy consumption. Due to the extra weight, the body needs more oxygen, but the dimensions of the rib cage remain the same – therefore the respiratory rate will increase. Thus, energy consumption continues to increase.
The changes indicated here in the functioning of the respiratory system prevent it from fulfilling two of its functions – taking up and fixing nitrogen from the atmosphere with the help of microflora in the respiratory system. Shallow and short breathing means that the microbes in the upper respiratory tract are not getting enough nitrogen. In addition, as a result of consuming (and decomposing) meat in the body, the body’s environment becomes hyperacidic, which in addition has a negative effect on the bacterial flora responsible for nitrogen fixation, in the respiratory tract. If the body receives too little nitrogen through this channel, then it will increase its need through food.
But that’s not all. Rich food and disorders of the respiratory system have other consequences on the thermal balance of the body.
When it’s hot, eating too much protein releases too much heat through the oxidation process. I previously mentioned that 42 grams of water are needed to process one gram of protein. If a person consumes 100 grams of protein in 24 hours, he needs about 4 liters of water to process them. This means an overload of the kidneys and heart. And it can also lead to poisoning of the body with uric acid and other protein breakdown products.
My experiments in the desert have proved convincingly that man on a low-protein, low-calorie diet consisting of natural products can radically reduce his water consumption from 10 liters to 1 liter per day, even under the extreme challenges of the climate continental. My companions on these marches, who were in good health, found out that these amounts of water were enough for them, even in a heat of about 50 degrees Celsius. And the most important thing is: the acid-base balance has not changed towards hyperacidification of the body.
I have already described all the processes that take place in a “practically healthy” organism, adapted to the so-called modern civilization. Unfortunately, an equality is established between the words “civilization” and “unnatural way of life” – although the difficulties are not so important as to put us in a position to change them. We need only to depart from the habit of careless schoolboys and refuse the demands of our “wise” teachers, fulfilling instead the demands of Nature.
Let’s train a new, more natural way of life
The laws of Nature do not really overlap with what we do as humans. To return to the laws of nature means to go through a series of inconveniences, which the changes in the rhythm of life and the value system will produce in our lives.
Next, I will give you a series of practical tips on how you can get your body’s energy consumption back in order. A good and complex training is necessary for the application of my Natural Healing System. The greatest difficulties lie in training the system, which has suffered the most destructive influences due to modern representations: nutrition. By “training” here I mean learning and applying (practicing) certain rules and ways of behavior until they are so well mastered that they become second nature. The goal of the training is to help people transition to a natural diet, that is, suitable for the human species.
I start with a series of rules, which the consumption of natural foods requires. Most of the questions from my readers, as well as the auditors of my lectures, concern the consumption of fats and the possibility of their removal. A full body is not only a clear overshooting of the unity between form and content, which produces a lack of inner harmony of the organism. But it is also a sign that too much energy is taken in, than the body actually needs. Excess energy is changed into a substance that can store it for a longer period of time – that is, fat. A small amount of fat needs to be found in the cells of the body: it is used as a reserve source for the body’s energy needs in extreme situations, in long-term hunger situations, in intensive body demands, in case of extreme cold, etc. .
But when you systematically “collect” energy in this form, you end up fattening, tissue degeneration, which is exactly a sign of lack of health. So-called practically healthy people with excess body weight do not have the slightest suspicion that insidious diseases can hide and seize unawares the organism. But it is no coincidence that they are tired, sleepy, irritable, their resistance to colds is low, their blood pressure is not stable and they have cardio-circulatory problems.
From a medical point of view, being overweight is a chronic disease that can last for decades, but which from the first acute symptoms can lead to deadly problems: stroke, heart attack, diabetic coma or many other sudden problems. But at the same time, it can produce gradual chronic effects, such as: osteochondrosis, arteriosclerosis, allergies, colitis, gastritis, duodenitis, hepatitis, pancreatitis, high blood pressure, etc.
The main problem of these disorders is, as I mentioned, the exaggerated production of energy in the body, caused by faulty nutrition: food artificially enriched with animal proteins, with fats and carbohydrates – which can cause a degenerative growth of the body and a disturbance of the chemical structure normal cells. What could we do to change our nutrition?
I have already presented you that for humans, the consumption of vegetables, fruits, pods, grains, grains, edible herbs, seeds, nuts and honey is programmed, and in the infant stage, only mother’s milk. During the transition to a healing nutrition, people can also consume eggs, plus fish, and for those who have clear symptoms of unbalanced intestinal flora and fermented milk products, such as yogurt.
The transition phase can last weeks or months. Do not forget that an inner healing process will take place during this period, so it is important not to rush. For our unconscious, which has developed during our entire life adapted to the foods used, the normal is represented by those “harmful” foods used. In accordance with this “normal” he developed different administration programs for the different systems of the body and for the whole body. These programs include what we could call the “production cycle” of the organism’s vitality: they support the stability of the chemical structure of the cells and the stability of the pulse and respiratory rate, the mechanism of the change of additional energy into fat, the rhythm of the activity of the stomach / intestine tract and others. Every little function of the body is described in the program of our subconscious mind. As long as the human organism is in its deformed, unnatural conditions, an automated “production cycle” is set up, the purpose of which is the survival of the organism.
Thus, until now, we know that this “production cycle” works inefficiently and cuts people’s lifespan in half, and in recent years the body gets sick through intoxication from multiple chronic conditions. But we have to consider that the inner “enterprise” works as best it can and we cannot “shut it down” for a while. But we need to change its way of working gradually, step by step, with the help of special methods. So that we can unconsciously introduce functional management programs, similar to those that Nature has programmed into our genetic memory. These natural programs in our genetic apparatus disappear in the course of the developmental disturbances of our civilization. They are set aside in whole or in part due to artificial living conditions, created by man himself for himself. It depends on each of us if we want to re-use the natural possibilities in our body.
This process could take some time, as I mentioned, and in no case should it be artificially accelerated and over-strained the body. I can repeat to you what happened to two of my students who took part in one of Mr. Desert’s experiments. After the experiments were over, one of them went to a restaurant, and the other to a market, to purchase products that they had previously given up. Their behavior can only be explained by the fact that during the transition period they made mistakes, and their subconscious was forced by will to work according to the new scheme. Therefore, the subconscious protested, and after the difficult overwork in the desert both of them lost control of their willpower. That’s why I always tell you: no pressure, no coercion. Only gradually, with patience and clarity about the intended goal. And the most important thing: do not struggle with hunger.
Hunger and appetite
Hunger is an unnatural state of the human body. It means that we need nutrients, because their lack disturbs the vitality, respectively the health of the body. That is why it is unreasonable to reduce the body weight below its optimal mass – which is different for each individual. This mass maintains itself during the healing diet and remains stable throughout life.
Man should know that hunger and appetite are two completely different states of his body and arise from completely different causes. Hunger is a signal for the need to replenish the body’s reserves. This signal disappears when the necessary amounts of food are introduced. Continuous appetite indicates the disease state of the stomach-intestine tract and the psyche, and most of the time this state is artificially triggered by certain substances or food processing (condiments). This means that it is intended to stimulate man to eat much more than he really needs.
Proteins and fats have no taste of their own, but taste and smell are the first things related to the eating process. In natural foods of vegetable origin, the “tasty” substances are contained in a real and sufficient composition. Think of the flavor of an apple, a watermelon, a garden salad, a root or grain. But does the smell of raw meat whet your appetite? No, because the odorous substances contained in meat do not induce the urge to eat meat, just as the smell of tobacco has nothing to do with the irresistible attraction of consuming it like a cigarette. Here we discuss different kinds of addictions, which are produced by repeated consumption of the respective substances. Both tobacco and meat are consumed after they are prepared “properly”, not in their natural state.
In the first week, sometimes even in the first months of the food change phase, it is important to introduce a mono-diet, in other words, there should be only one type of food at a meal. But during the day, it can change: you can eat vegetables, porridge, vegetable juices, herbal teas with lemon and honey, sunflower seeds or vegetable soups, or ground nut milk.
It is important that foods retain their natural properties and not be artificially “optimized”. Food must be processed in such a way that it does not change its biological individuality, so that energy losses are as little as possible, using also the mechanisms of self-digestion in food. Here is the main difference between species-appropriate nutrition and ordinary, or even vegetarian, nutrition.
The structure of healing food varies with the seasons and with the regions where man lives.
Food and the cosmos
Astrologers have long been concerned with the influences that planetary magnetic fields and cosmic radiation have on the human body. In recent years it has been convincingly shown that all these influences act on people’s energy consumption. I have already described some of the unusual features of water, which react to the action of all these factors. Chemists have noticed that their attempts to categorize reactions in a particular order proceed differently and lead to different results depending on the time of day they are done. Reactions can be faster or slower, or proceed with higher or lower energy consumption or production. These differences have been found all over the globe. The human body is made up of 70% water and the same reactions take place in the internal environment of the body as in any aqueous environment, therefore we know that cosmic actions can change our energy.
Astrologers have long focused their attention on the fact that people born under different celestial configurations have tendencies towards certain ailments and need a certain amount and type of food. In all this I do not see a mystical interpretation at all. When a man is born, for example, under the sign of Taurus, then procreation took place somewhere in July or August. The child’s development took place during autumn and winter, when the intensity of the sun’s shine is reduced and the pregnant mother begins to suffer from vitamin deficiencies – which obviously affects the child and the development of his body.
What must also be considered is that the changing action of the magnetic field of the earth, the sun, the planets and the stars can be accentuated or diminished. All these can stimulate solar activity, cause magnetic storms, which – as many doctors know – can induce suffering processes in the human body.
The factors discussed here and many others, which science has not yet fully discovered, can obviously influence the state and development of the energy system of the human body.
Peculiarities of the transition to healing nutrition
It is difficult to change from today on the hands to the healing diet and not everyone succeeds. As I have already mentioned, when it comes to change, it is necessary for everyone to have enough patience. The hardest part is moving beyond eating habits. For a long time this may not be possible, at least not until the man takes full responsibility for his state of health.
In the first part of the book I indicated how man can change his diet according to each season, moving easily towards the Natural Healing System: it is valid for those who are determined, who have a very clear goal of the process and know exactly what they want to achieve. When one sees the need for change, but still has fears and doubts, then it is best to take the first step in change during the spring. Then the sun begins to stay longer in the sky, we dress more lightly and the whole body takes over the solar energy, which it lacked during the winter. Under the influence of the sun’s rays, vitamins are manufactured in the human skin. But the most important thing for the proper nutrition of the human species, which becomes easier in this season, is the appearance of fresh plants, which are the natural food of humans. These can be both plants grown in the wild, and vegetables and herbs from the garden. Most of you know from your own experience how the desire to eat meat decreases during the spring.
On this occasion I want to emphasize the importance of vitamins and the numerous medicinal substances that are contained in plant foods. Their advantage over synthetic drugs lies in the fact that they can be taken up by living cells, due to the fact that plants also contain many other components, which act on chemical reactions (which they can intensify or diminish).
That is why the pharmacological substances found in the living cells of plants have a milder action on the human body. They do not “rush” on the entire system of chemical reactions in the cells, as happens when consuming synthetic or concentrated substances.
During the transition to a healthy diet, I recommend that you support the body with cleaning procedures. There are multiple possible methods, such as baths, compresses (poultices), massages, enemas, etc. The system of natural healing is open to all kinds of methods both traditional and non-traditional.
I want to emphasize that these cleaning procedures are not designed to regularly “detoxify” the body. They do not serve in any case to neutralize the harmful action of meat consumption, without stopping this consumption. I prescribe cleansing procedures only during the transition period to ease the body’s re-orientation to a plant-based diet. After the change, these procedures are no longer necessary.
As with any form of treatment, the choice of one or another of the procedures will be individual. It depends on the character of the man, on his peculiarities and preferences.
Technological pollution and healing nutrition
In the inseparable unity of the biological and bio-physical aspects of nutrition there is also the biochemical aspect. In the work of many years, biochemists have gained knowledge about the various actions of food. But according to a special observation of the well-known biochemist and Nobel laureate, Albert von Szent-Gyorgy (1893-1986) all this knowledge is just useless ballast without understanding the bioenergetic peculiarities of the living organism.
Meanwhile, another branch of biochemistry, that which dealt with the technological pollution of the environment, dealt intensively with these aspects.
In recent years there have been various types of “civilian radiation” produced by humans, which have attracted the attention of researchers. It seems that modern civilization produces a very large amount of radiation: ionizing radiation (used especially in medicine), microwaves, low frequency radiation and other forms. Television and radio stations, high-voltage networks, microwave ovens, telephones and all electronic toys – as well as many others – make noticeable pollution of the environment.
You will say that the radiation doses are not so high as to be dangerous. However, they exceed the earth’s natural level of radioactivity, and can become dangerous at some point. Although there are many television and radio stations around the earth, it seems that the radiation is not killing us. It seems, on the contrary, we take full advantage of their presence. Even many diseases are treated by biologists and doctors with low doses of radiation. However, more and more people begin to suffer from headaches and dizziness, mental disorders and irritability. Conditions such as leukemia and skin conditions may occur. Is it not due to radiation that there are so many problems of difficult births, infertility or premature births? I have no doubt about it.
You already know that the human body receives a series of radiations, which act on it. Even though they are said to be in low quantity, their action on the body is not small. At least, radiation accompanies us our entire life on earth. Where then is their greatest danger?
As we have shown earlier, we know that in a living organism there is a natural bound “limit”. of the energy available to him. The more energy is used in a unit of time, the faster his biological clock ticks, that is, the more intensively the aging process of the body’s cells takes place. I remember the research of biophysicists, who showed that ionizing radiation produces aging effects in the human body, with all its negative consequences, especially affecting the stability of the immune system. So, small doses of radioactivity, acting on people day after day, can accelerate aging and produce diseases related to aging, especially cancer and cardio-circulatory diseases.
So please refrain from using the phrase “small doses of radiation”. Because all of this must be considered in the context of our unnatural life. I am referring in particular to the nutrition of modern man, which is influenced by fatal habits, most of them with the “blessing” of official science.
Taken together, these two factors—incorrect nutrition and low doses of radiation—undermine the stability of our body vis-à-vis the external environment and prevent its natural self-regulation.
In the 20s and especially in the second part, the problem of “protection” of the human body from the “achievements” of civilization (such as the pollution of food with toxic substances) became particularly acute.
Humans have known for a long time that certain trace elements are absolutely necessary for their survival. Among these we mention calcium, magnesium and iron. There are elements that are useful to humans in very small doses, while they are harmful in large doses, for example copper. And last but not least, there are elements with no value for the body, which in certain doses can be poisonous: cadmium, aluminum, lead and mercury.
Cadmium increases blood pressure, collects in the kidneys, weakens the immune system and affects life span. But it appears that the most damaging action occurs on people’s mental capacities, because it prevents the brain from using zinc. Cadmium is very widespread today. It is included, for example, in cigarettes, drinking water, agricultural fertilizers and polluted air.
Modern research also indicates that an element as used daily as Aluminum is quite harmful. Like many other harmful elements, it stores (builds up) in the body and produces a whole range of ailments. Aluminum can cause mental retardation, lead to irritability, anemia, headaches, colitis, kidney and liver disease, and neurological disorders leading to Parkinson’s disease, among others. Until now, Aluminum has not had such a bad reputation. This indicates that it was used for the production of cooking utensils, food wrapping films as well as beverage cans. Aluminum is also found in aspirin, in certain types of cheese, in deodorants, in drinking water, and even in kitchen salt.
Each of us has heard of various cases of lead poisoning. But not everyone knows that lead poisoning can occur much easier than it seems at first glance. It is enough to grow vegetables a short distance from a highway or near an airport, where lead is found in the gases emitted by cars or airplanes. That’s why the gardens must be at least 100 meters away from the highway (or not at all, near it). Both mushrooms and medicinal herbs should also be picked from places as safe as possible (not near busy roads).
Lead is responsible for stomach pains, anemia, arthritis, brain activity disorders, increased irritability and uterine disorders in women. It weakens the immune system, causes a general state of weakness and a number of mental illnesses, affects the kidneys and liver and negatively influences the synthesis of vitamin D in the body, which leads to a calcium deficiency.
No less dangerous is mercury poisoning, although most claim that they come into contact with this metal very little. However, mercury is found in agricultural fertilizers, dental fillings, body paints, various ointments, cosmetics, pesticides, paints and watercolors used by painters. The consequences of mercury poisoning can be allergies, arthritis, disturbances in the activity of the brain and weakening of the tissues of the knee and elbow joints, deterioration of vision, depressive states, damage to the kidneys, loss of teeth and weakening of the immune system. Mercury also has a negative effect on the development of the child in the pregnant woman.
Partially we cannot completely get rid of all these harmful substances, but there are means by which we can protect ourselves from radiation doses and toxic metals. These means are made available to us by living Nature.
There are vegetable foods, which retain all their natural properties and which are grown with the help of ecological technologies. Among them we mention cereal grains, which are rich in carbohydrates, B vitamins, iron, calcium, zinc and trace elements. In addition to these, we mention fresh vegetables, legumes (pods), seeds and nuts.
A diet rich in zinc is particularly important. Zinc replaces cadmium in the human body, strengthens the immune system and has a positive effect on the human psyche. That doesn’t mean you necessarily need to take zinc in pill form. Because not very much of it will be taken up by the body, as it needs zinc in biologically active bonds, which are found only in living plant foods. So we mention that a grain of sprouted wheat contains 130 to 200 milligrams of zinc per kilogram. Just as much zinc is in some mushrooms and birch sap. Even more zinc is found in seaweed, which can be added to healthy nutrition. Spinach and green peas are also very rich in zinc.
Grain processing leads to a decrease in the zinc content of the final product and thus unbalances the ratio with cadmium. While the ratio of zinc to cadmium in sprouted wheat is 35:1, in bread and white flour it is only 5:1. However, white bread is the most valued in the diet of modern people.
The first thing a housewife has to do to take care of her family’s health would be to remove all aluminum kitchen utensils from the house.
It is best to use ceramic or glass pans, in exceptional cases enamel, the surface of which has not been scratched. The same goes for the sieve, spoons, forks. The best flatware is porcelain, wood or stainless steel.
Another source of technogenic pollution of the body is drinking water. Man has the feeling that cleaning the water of microbes is enough. It is kept quiet that the elements used for this cleaning, chlorine and fluorine, are very dangerous for health. Chlorine was used as a poison gas in the First World War. Fluorine is a strong oxidizing substance that accelerates the aging process. And even though dentists readily prescribe fluoride, oncologists are not so optimistic about the link between cancer and fluoride.
In addition, the possibility of chlorine and fluorine reacting with the metal in the walls of the water pipes, causing many unwanted chemical reactions, is completely ignored.
We have often discussed the role of water in healing nutrition. The cleaner it is, the more beneficial it is in processing food for the body. That is why it is best to use spring water, or structured water. In the case of spring water, care must be taken not to pollute it with waste water or spills. In the case of springs, which are found on the territory of cities – this care is especially important. I personally use only structured water.
Choice of food
Those who appreciate the healing power of food do not talk about essential amino acids, fats or carbohydrates, but think about the body’s need for mineral salts. The main sources of these mineral salts are vegetables, which are also our source of vitamins. Regular consumption of vegetables, especially fresh or freshly prepared vegetables, normalizes the self-regulation of the body, supports the development of a healthy intestinal flora and activates intra-cellular respiration, processes that are especially important in the elderly. Microorganisms, without which our body could not normally exist, provide it with essential amino acids and vitamins and take part in thermal regulation. In the case of healing food, it is very important that the food does not contain molds, fungal spores or bacteria from the flora of putrefaction.
Healing food depends on the season: spring is the season of herbs. Summer and autumn are the seasons of fruits and vegetables. In winter, nuts and grains will be used. A healthy human body does not need too varied a diet. Food is much better organized by nature than dietitians can imagine, who load people daily with impossible mixtures of mutually incompatible foods.
The main criterion in choosing food is to maintain the self-digestion process inside the products. The closer they are to the time of picking (harvest), both temporally and spatially, the greater the nutritional value of the food. That’s why carrots, beets and parsley that come from the garden are much more more nutritious than bananas, avocados or melons that have been transported from far away. It is possible that they contain even more proteins, fats and carbohydrates, while the plants grown in our region are much more nutritious for the body. Just think: when food comes from a long way, it can also be moldy or stale, so it is better to deal with a smaller amount of fresh and whole products than a wide range of stale products. The fresher a food is, the better it balances the body’s energy needs
Compared to fruits and vegetables, white flour and white (polished) rice have no nutritional value, although they play an important role even in the vegetarian diet.
Sometimes opinions can be heard, such as that healing food is more expensive in the present conditions. But it depends on the point of view of the one making this assessment. If you cut the expenses for meat, sausages, butter, cheese and milk from your budget, and calculate how much you will spend monthly on vegetables, fruit, juice and grains, you will see that you do not need more money, but even less. But the main gain is related to health. You will forget the way to the doctors and the hospital, and you will not spend money in the pharmacy.
Healing nutrition can be especially cheap when we realize that people can do very well on a diet low in protein and calories, even under conditions of considerable physical exertion. But in order to reach this conclusion, it is necessary to have an emotional balance and maintain a diet with products that retain their natural properties.
But let’s go back to the choice of food. The first mistake I brought to the attention of nutritionists was more than 15 years ago, when I dared to reduce my daily dose of table salt from 25 grams, which was scientifically considered normal, to 2 grams per day. It turns out that the body only needs 2 grams per day. Let’s not forget that table salt can be harmful to the body, while sea salt can be milder. One can even completely replace the salt with dried and ground seaweed.
There are other peculiarities of the healing diet. For example, you will find that you will not find any kind of milk or milk products in it, maybe you will discover at most two teaspoons of yogurt to improve the taste of the food. Milk is an invaluable and irreplaceable food for infants, during the period when their digestive tract is developing. And by the age of 3, milk can no longer be used by the human body.
Dairy products can be used in food, if desired – but that would be another topic of discussion. I want to remind you that healing nutrition is stimulating for milk production in lactating women. And breast milk HAS NO SUBSTITUTES. It depends on the mother that her baby is healthy throughout its life. If the nursing mother uses animal protein in her diet, she will have little milk and will soon wean. And a mother who eats right knows what nutrition means. It is important that the little one receives nothing but breast milk and a small amount of fruit and vegetable juices for the first year, as well as almond milk made with 5 to 15 almonds. Any other way of feeding the child unbalances the natural nutrition process of the infant.
Nuts do not act very well on the human body, when they are consumed in large quantities. A handful of hazelnuts or almond kernels, three to four walnuts, or a teaspoon of pine nuts is a daily serving of each. To obtain “milk” from walnut or almond kernels, heat the kernels very little, grind them finely (preferably with a coffee grinder). Nut flour is mixed with a little water or juice. You can determine the consistency of nut milk yourself. For small children, who have passed the age of infancy, almond milk is suitable.
Sweet almond kernels have special nutritional properties. Soak about 20 almond kernels in the evening so that they can be easily peeled in the morning. What is left of the cores ground and mixed with water or carrot juice. This food gives strength to weak children and adults. It can be used even in infants, when the kernels are ground very finely.
Avoid using sugar, because this product has no biological properties. Sugar is nothing more than concentrated empty calories. It wreaks havoc on the pancreas and the entire carbohydrate system. And this leads to subsequent disturbances in metabolism, a decrease in physical and mental abilities, causes kidney stones, weak immune defenses and diabetes.
If you want to make a plan for your family’s diet, think about keeping the acid-alkaline balance constant in the different parts of the gastrointestinal tract. Carbohydrates are digested starting in the mouth. That’s why we need an alkaline (basic) environment and the natural enzyme ptyalin. Under the action of this enzyme, neutral-tasting polysaccharides turn into sugar. This can only be achieved in a basic environment, therefore our mouth must always be in order. Ptyalin is produced at the command of the brain from the salivary glands, but only when there is nothing sweet in our mouths. That’s why in our recipes, unlike Orthodox and vegetarian cuisine, you won’t find sweets that are rich in carbohydrates. If you want to be healthy, forget cakes, cookies, gingerbread and other foreign products of human nature.
It is also important to avoid fat nutrition, because they have a negative effect on the digestion process, covering the lining of the digestive tract with a layer of fat. In addition, we must also think about the situation of the kidneys: at a fat content of 10%, a degeneration of the kidney tissue begins to occur. Fats also unbalance the process of cell division and hormonal balance in the body and decrease the effectiveness of the immune system. An excess of fat can also have other consequences, not the least of which is causing cancer.
The fats you need are found primarily in sprouted whole grain seeds, nuts, and a very small amount of unrefined vegetable oil. I especially recommend the garlic oil, which I prepare myself, at the time of the year when the garlic is at its juiciest. I put the cleaned garlic cloves in a bottle and cover them with vegetable oil, especially olive, soybean or sunflower oil. Then I close the bottle with a cloth stopper. Both garlic and oil have bactericidal properties and no additional heat processing is needed. The oil is ready to use in three to four weeks after preparation. A teaspoon of garlic oil in sauces, porridges or salads clearly and wonderfully improves their taste. When the oil is nearing the end and the garlic has acquired a golden color, it can be finely chopped, gently heated and used, for example, in salads.
If certain dishes must be prepared, do your best to preserve the natural qualities of the food.
Food processing
In healing nutrition, the heat treatment of food during food preparation is of special importance, in contrast to vegetarian cuisine. Food should be heated as little as possible, so as not to lose its healing properties and the ability to carry out the self-digestion process. At the same time, we do not believe that a complete abstinence from cooking and a change to a raw, uncooked diet would be necessary, because thermal processing improves the taste of potatoes, grains and pods. Apart from that, it allows them to be broken down effectively in the mouth and stomach, which is good for humans.
When transitioning to human-species nutrition, it’s a good idea to leave your frying pans in the cupboard, at least until you learn to stop using oil for frying. In the case of frying, the fats reach a temperature of 250 degrees Celsius and poisons and gases are produced. The shorter the thermal processing, the better the food quality. Food preparation above 100 degrees is not desired. A skilled housewife quickly understands what boiling time (steaming) each natural product requires. It is important that the vegetables remain a little crunchy at the end of processing, not to soften completely.
If you want to feed your family natural food, never reheat a portion of food. In vital and long-lived peoples, as much as is necessary for that meal is cooked daily. If it is eaten twice a day, then it will be cooked twice a day. In long-lived peoples, it is customary that at the end of the meal, the leftovers from the meal are given to the animals. And for another meal, everything is prepared fresh.
Never use a pressure cooker. Due to the vapor pressure, the temperature rises above 100 degrees Celsius, which affects the properties of the food. In this situation, there is a change in the structure of proteins and water, as well as a destruction of enzymes, which ensure the self-digestion of natural food.
Food hygiene
When one wants to follow (trace) the path that leads the human organism from a state of health to a chronic disease, it is found that the main causes for the various existing diseases are the same, with very few exceptions. Many of the causes have already been set forth in the pages of the book, and there is no need to repeat them. But it is necessary to deal here, in particular, with a mistake which mankind commits unconsciously. And although it is an old mistake, as old as mankind, it has not lost its relevance. On the contrary: it appears more and more at the forefront of people’s acute health problems, both physical, mental and spiritual health. It is about “food culture”. And more precisely, of a modest aspect of it, which is entitled “food hygiene”.
I’m not at all wrong when I say that for most people, food hygiene is nothing more than washing your hands before eating and washing your fruits and vegetables with hot water. No one thinks about choosing the most healing foods or the need to chew food well.
Even many doctors make a similar mistake – exactly as I experienced from the sarcastic reply of the head doctor from the Ministry of Health: “What else do you want to report to us? That we have to wash our teeth and hands?”
Because I know a lot, I have not the slightest desire to waste time and energy pointing out the gaps in this woman’s training. But the increased number of chronic diseases in our country and the whole world confirms to me that food hygiene is too little valued and valued. To protect our health and treat sick people it is absolutely necessary to gather and integrate all new scientific data from the latest modern research.
I am convinced that for a long time, it should have been introduced in medicine, in addition to the discipline of hygiene, and that of physiological hygiene. This would allow for a better understanding of the disorders of the physiological functioning of the entire human organism. Such hygiene is an inseparable part of my Natural Healing System and has proven to protect the health of tens of thousands of people. An observance of the rules of physiological hygiene is an important healing factor, which has proved helpful in the disappearance of many chronic ailments.
I want to draw your attention to the hygiene of the digestive tract, the entire digestive system, not just the gastrointestinal tract, although for many it is the same. Unfortunately, two extremely important organs of the digestive tract are not taken into account: the oral cavity and the esophagus. And this is not a casual observation, but I have much clear evidence of the simplistic, even primitive way in which their roles in the digestive process of humans are considered.
Contrary to widespread opinion, our mouth is a “charging station” but also a “processing workshop” at the same time, where food is ground into small pieces and mixed with saliva to slide more easily along esophagus to the stomach. Here food begins its long journey through all parts of the gastrointestinal tract, to be processed later by digestive enzymes. Sechenov’s research and Pavlov’s work showed what a decisive role the human brain has in organizing food processing. The brain elaborates the schedule of subsequent activities in this process and the release of enzymes and hormones, as well as the acid-base balance of digestive secretions. But to be able to develop this program, the brain needs clear information about the structure and qualities of the food consumed.
The first source of this information – which determines the success of the following process – is the mouth (oral cavity). Here there are endings of nerve fibers – “sensors”, with the help of which the taste of food is investigated and it is determined from which parts it is made up. These sensors also notify the salivary glands about the dryness or fluid content of the food. information is sent to the brain, which based on it establishes the action program of the digestive organs.
But I have not exhausted the description of the functions of the oral cavity. The human mouth is as important a part of the digestive tract as all its other parts. This is where the food processing process begins and the effectiveness of digestion in the rest of the segments depends on the quality of this processing.
We previously discussed the digestion of carbohydrates in the basic environment of the oral cavity, through the action of enzymes in the salivary glands. This process doesn’t happen completely, most of the time, and that’s because of us. Most of us do not have enough patience to chew our food as well as required by the rules of food hygiene.
The rule of thorough mastication has been known for thousands of years and has been handed down to us in countless variations, without it receiving the “blessing” of official science. Pythagoras and Hufeland, Kant and Fletcher, Shelton and Oshawa spoke to us about the “necessity of a thorough mastication of food“. The latter advised healthy people to chew each mouthful about 50 times, sick people 100 times and those on the path to perfection 150 times.
I often say in public: I frequently observe my patients when I try to give them these recommendations, and many tell me only the mentally retarded count how many times they chew. And really, what a “normal” man does he have patience for that? But this old biological rule says: to chew long and carefully. The main idea here is not the process, but the result. Chew, without counting, long enough until the food turns into a fluid paste in your mouth, in which there are no more solid pieces, and which you can drink like water. In this case, the transformation of starch into sugar will certainly take place right from the mouth and other digestive organs will not be overloaded. And this is the premise of healing nutrition.
But you’ll find that you won’t be able to turn the food into a fluid mass through chewing if you stuff your mouth with too much food. Notice what happens in this case: as soon as you start chewing, you begin to swallow small unprocessed amounts and some of the unprocessed food enters the esophagus and ends up in the stomach.
That is why we need to mention the second rule of the physiological hygiene of the digestive tract: eat with such small bites that they can be processed as well as possible.
When you first learn to take these two rules into account, you will immediately discover how much the amount of food you need is reduced without any extra effort. And the function of the muscles that deal with the separation of the esophagus from the oral cavity regenerates.
Nature has built our digestive tract in such a way that the passage of unprocessed food from the mouth to the esophagus is prevented. But we always try to interfere with its function and prevent it.
15-20 years ago I was impressed by the information about a girl who ate a piece of meat that was stuck in her throat, and when trying to remove it with a fork, she managed to swallow not only the meat, but also fork. The girl was saved by emergency surgery and the fork was removed from her stomach, but the impression this story made on me, about the barbaric way we can treat our bodies – still haunts me to this day .
Above I explained how information from the oral cavity reaches our brain, which carries out the food processing program. It is obvious that lightly and effectively processed foods are all the easier to accept, the fewer components they contain in their composition and structure. This is especially important in targeted healing nutrition, but also when transitioning from a meat and plant-based diet to a healing diet.
Here follows the third rule of gastrointestinal tract hygiene about monodiets: Consumption of only one type of food at a meal is desirable and in some situations unavoidable. For a healthy person who wants to switch to the healing diet or has just switched to it, the mono-diet is desirable. For those with chronic diseases – monodiet is mandatory.
The next part of the digestive tract that follows the mouth is the esophagus, on which we must be especially careful, especially when dealing with cardio-circulatory diseases. The “close” proximity of the esophagus to the heart can worsen the evolutionary picture of a heart disease, when there are inflammatory problems in the esophagus. Therefore, it is important not to forget about this organ, the place where different tumors or inflammations can occur.
The esophagus is the organ that suffers among the first, due to unhealthy eating. In different people, various manifestations appear, depending on their constitution. I will not go into details, because the individual diet is the task of the curative doctor. For our reader, it is enough to present the fourth Rule of the digestive tract: The time period between individual meals must be at least 4 hours. This time is needed for a complete digestion of the food in the stomach, when it is composed, of course, of food suitable for the human species.
For those who have not yet parted with animal products, I must add that for the complete emptying of the stomach after eating meat it takes 8 hours, after eating milk (and dairy) 6 hours, and after sausages and other meat products, about 12 hours.
The function of the esophagus can be disturbed for various reasons, the most important being the late serving of the meal. At the junction between the esophagus and the stomach there is an opening called the cardia, around which there is a sphincter (a round muscle) that closes / opens the opening. This muscle reduces its activity in many people around 17.00 – 18.00. Instead of rapid digestion, the food begins to rot or ferment, which is not good for the health of either the esophagus or the stomach in which it sits. To all people who have bloating I want to remind them of these things, because the first and most important feature is the problem in the lower third of the esophagus.
That’s why I advise people not to eat after 18.00 – at worst, to consume a cup of herbal tea with honey.
For many, for the same reasons – there is an indication to abstain from food in the morning and replace breakfast with a cup of herbal infusion or vegetable juice.
The main meal should be taken somewhere around 14.00. If you are not used to eating only once a day, you can increase the number of meals. But it is important to maintain the four-hour gap between meals.
And now, having turned our attention to these particularly important parts of the digestive tract, let us also refer to the gastrointestinal tract. Let’s start with the stomach. It has a muscle in the wall of the organ, very well developed, which is covered on the inside by a mucous membrane, in which there are glands, which form the digestive juices. With their help, proteins are processed inside the stomach.
As you already know, the walls of the stomach dilate (stretch) with too rich or fake food, the muscles weaken and the mucosa thins, which leads to a disorder of the secretory glands. This situation is reversible, and the treatment is strictly individual. It is important to think that the volume of a meal should not exceed the volume of the stomach in its natural, unexpanded state. This volume is 250-350 milliliters. If you want a better estimate of the amount indicated, then make a concave fist with your hand, like a bowl into which you can pour water. The amount of water that fits in your hand without spilling out represents the contents of your unexpanded stomach.
At the exit from the stomach, there is the pylorus, the “gatekeeper” of the stomach, which separates the stomach from the duodenum. Ducts flow into the duodenum, which join the organ with the liver and pancreas.
The “gatekeeper” of the stomach allows the food to leave the stomach when it is processed and in the stomach the neutralization of the food gruel is finished. The sphincter is unidirectional, only FROM the stomach to the duodenum, because the stability of the basic environment in the duodenum is important.
Hence, a further reason to dictate a break of at least 4 hours between meals. Imagine that the processing of the first portion of food has come to an end and the neutralization process has begun. When during this time, you eat something again, a dilemma arises for the stomach, whether to continue the neutralization process, or whether again the acid content of the gastric juice should increase drastically, to start processing the new amount of swallowed food. If you want to keep your health, stop letting your stomach deal with such dilemmas.
Further processing of food takes place in the duodenum, through intestinal secretions, as well as thanks to bile and pancreatic juice. The pancreatic duct and the bile duct open into the concavity of the duodenum through the so-called papilla of Vater, which cannot bear absolutely any acid. If the “porter” of the stomach is half-open (and with an extremely distended stomach this is not the exception, but the rule), then the acid content of the stomach escapes into the duodenum and great inconveniences arise in this way: inflammation or even cancer of the papilla of Vater . The same thing can happen in a reverse situation, in which the bile from the duodenum can enter the stomach, through the semi-open sphincter, and literally “wash” the protective (and thus thinned) film from the stomach walls: then they can appear either a stomach ulcer or stomach cancer.
Just from these few examples presented here, you already have an idea of the great importance of the “gatekeeper” of the stomach for the health of our body. Its task is to keep the “door” between the stomach and the duodenum closed – and when its function is disturbed, neither the latest medicinal preparations nor modern medical techniques or the surgeon’s scalpel help. Only the observance of the hygiene of the digestive tract and the eventual change to healing food can restore balance to the “gatekeeper” of the stomach and protect you from countless other possible chronic diseases.
After the duodenum, the food processed here reaches the small intestine, where all the nutrients are reabsorbed through a complicated process. Many scientists, including Pavlov, were concerned with understanding this process, without deciphering all its secrets. Pavlov’s gifted pupil Ugolev took special care of this. With its help, we can understand how our body can be polluted or poisoned with the residual substances of the digestive process, with the “slag” that remains at the end. A whole medical branch has been developed to combat and remove residues – with the help of medicinal preparations of great commercial success.
Ugolev and his collaborators discovered three types of digestion, with the help of which food is processed: cavitary digestion (in the lumen of the digestive tube), membrane digestion and intracellular digestion. In cavity digestion, the first decomposition of the existing organic bonds in food takes place. We know that day that this decomposition begins especially in the oral cavity, for starches, in the stomach, for proteins, and in the duodenum, for fats.
Membrane digestion, which is found on the surface of the cells lining the small intestine, leads to the completion of the breakdown of organic bonds with the help of enzymes, and the beginning of the transport of nutrient molecules inside the cells. In the cells there are small vesicles, called lysosomes, which are full of digestive enzymes – which are used in extreme situations.
So the basic types of digestion for humans are cavity and membrane digestion. When the plant foods suitable for the human species are consumed, when the rules of digestive tract hygiene are observed, then the completion of the decomposition of organic substances takes place at the level of cavity digestion. Unused food remains in the intestinal cavity and is eliminated by the body. But the picture suddenly changes, when we talk about the nutrition “with all the foods” mixed. The consumption of hard-to-digest animal proteins and fats complicates the process of their decomposition and leads to a much greater load on the mechanism of membrane digestion. In this case, the residues from the digestion process remain in our body, in the space between the cells, and their removal further complicates the elimination systems, especially the liver and kidneys.
But this is by no means the biggest disadvantage of mixed nutrition “with everything”. After some time the mechanism of membrane digestion has been constantly overworked, some of the unprocessed nutrients are forced into the cells, among others, and into the brain cells. At that moment there is a need for digestive enzymes, which exist in cells in lysosomes and are released from them. Thus, the intracellular digestion process comes into action – a “need” process of the body. As a result, cellular functionality is massively disrupted and their internal environment will remain full of debris. Intra-cellular digestion is nothing but one of the adaptation mechanisms, which allow man to “survive” improper living conditions. In any case – it is a part that the body does not need, when it has a proper diet and food hygiene. Practice shows that people who constantly maintain the Natural Healing System do not need any “need” mechanisms for digestion, and not even other drugs or mechanisms for elimination. All these methods, new and modern, are only parts of a horrifying tribute that man pays for making food his idol.
The small intestine ends with all parts of the digestive tract where the organs have contained, processed and reabsorbed food with the help of the body’s own enzymes.
“And the large intestine?” you’re going to ask me now. “Is it not an organic continuation of the small intestine and the entire digestive tract?”
Of course, but with one limitation: in the digestion processes occurring in all parts of the digestive tract above the large intestine, the main actors were the body’s own enzymes. In the large intestine begins the kingdom of bacteria. These bacteria process any food fragments that cannot be digested by our own means.
These fragments primarily include plant fibers from plant-based diets. They are the main helper for our little friend and for them the large intestine is the main location. Here, both the breakdown of fibers and the synthesis of essential amino acids and vitamins, which humans absolutely need, but which cannot be synthesized by the rest of the body, take place.
Therefore, the main goal is good hygiene of the large intestine to achieve an environment in which the intestinal flora is found in optimal conditions. Therefore, we need to pay attention to two conditions.
The first consists in the condition of the “porter” that separates the small intestine from the large intestine: when this “porter”, due to false nutrition, is half open, incompletely processed intestinal contents leak from the small intestine into the large intestine and this has a devastating effect on the bacteria that live there here. Through healing food, this process can be prevented.
The second condition for maintaining the intestinal flora consists in avoiding the administration of antibiotics and other preparations with bactericidal effects.
Finally, a few final words about drinking: drink only BEFORE meals, at least 10 minutes before eating. Otherwise you dilute the gastric juices and decrease the effectiveness of the digestion process.
I have described here the easiest and most applicable rules of digestive hygiene useful for any man.
Follow these rules and dozens of chronic diseases will stop disturbing your life .
